PS3 Slim Confirmed, Too Little Too Late?
Sony has confirmed a new iteration to the PS3 line-up with a “slim” version. To be priced at $299, it would be released on 1st September, 2009.

There are rumors that Sony will announce a “slim” version of their flagship gaming console, the PlayStation 3. An anonymous French retailer claims (in an interview with gaming site JVN.com) that these rumors are real and the PS3 will cost $100 lesser than the PS3.
